We’re seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager (NHS and private Contracts) to join our team and spearhead our expansion across both NHS and private healthcare contracts.
Responsibilities
NHS Focus:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within NHS Trusts, GP practices, and other relevant healthcare organizations.
- Analyze NHS tender proposals and develop compelling bids showcasing AiOne’s solutions.
- Lead complex contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives and NHS regulations.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the NHS landscape.
Private Sector Focus:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to secure lucrative contracts with private healthcare providers and clinics.
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of private healthcare and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Identify and partner with key stakeholders within the private sector to build brand awareness and drive sales.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Prepare insightful presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of AiOne’s offerings.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively report on progress against targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B healthcare sales and business development.
- In-depth understanding of the NHS tendering process and private healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology and a passion for innovation is a plus.
